Cruising on Norwegian Bliss

Norwegian Bliss launched in 2018 is a 164,600 ton, 4004 passenger cruise ship that is Norwegian Cruise Line's biggest ship to date. It boasts a wide variety of eateries, bars, nightspots and amusements to keep cruisers more than happy and entertained.

Top highlights for cruisers include:

A two deck high race track with Ferrari branded electric go-carts. Passengers can compete against each other and the track can accommodate up to ten racers at a time. Go carts can reach speeds up to 40 mph. The track has ten turns, two of these are cantilevered over the ship's side.

Water park fun on the top deck. This includes a four deck high tube ride called Aqua Racer, a second water slide called Ocean Loops that spins around the side of the ship, two large pools, four hot tubas and a water play area for younger kids featuring splash pads, tipping buckets, water cannons and slides.

Open air laser tag on the top deck.

A quarter-mile wraparound oceanfront boardwalk with dining overlooking the ocean. Four Bliss restaurants have extensions into this area and it also houses a Mojito bar, nightspot and ice cream stand. You can dine in the fresh air with alfresco seating.

A Texan style smokehouse called Q that serves up a la carte selection of brisket, ribs, chicken and sausages smoked over hickory, oak and pecan woods. It's hard to find barbecue on a cruise ship as open flames are against regulations. This smokehouse is bound to be a hit with diners. You'll also find at Q live contemporary pop country music and later at night a dance venue.

Broadway style shows in the 800 seat Bliss Theater featuring high quality productions such as Jersey Boys and Havana. Norwegian Cruise Line take their cruise ship entertainment seriously and they aim to be one of the best on the water.

A 20000 square foot Observation Lounge with 180 degree views designed as a space for cruisers to read and catch up with other cruisers. This space doesn't transform into anything else and remains as a place of calm and relaxation.

Numerous restaurants, eateries, snack bars, lounges, clubs and other entertainment venues for adults, teens and kids. Norwegian Bliss is the first NCL ship with a full-service Starbucks store. You have 27 dining options and 14 different bars and lounges to pick from.
