Booking an all-inclusive vacation takes much of the stress out of planning your trip. Your resort provides most of what you need for your vacation at a predetermined price. As long as you stick to included activities and dining options, you will know exactly how much your vacation will cost before you leave.
With an all-inclusive resort, you know what your final price tag is going to be; with pay-as-you-go travel, budgeting is foremost in your mind the whole time, and so you can never fully relax. This can be very stressful, diminishing the benefits of a getaway. Eating safe food and staying hydrated are travel essentials, and with an all-inclusive stay, they're always available. If you choose a non-All inclusive deal, you may end up spending half your day trying to find water at non-tourist (aka astronomical!) prices and restaurants that appeal to you.
When vacationing in a foreign country, knowing the proper amounts and times to tip becomes challenging. All-inclusive vacations often include necessary tips and gratuities in the cost of the trip. If you choose a local restaurant and discover you hate the food, too bad — you've blown the lunch budget on it. This variety normally offers at least one "American-style" restaurant with food that you can be sure you'll like. Many resorts also have a reciprocal dining offer, allowing guests to eat at a nearby resort or restaurant for increased variety.
Not only do all-inclusive resorts include food and lodging, but they also include on-site activities. Resorts on beaches give guests snorkeling gear, non-motorized watercraft, and even sand pails and shovels for the kids. Cooking, Scuba Diving, Stand up paddle boards, yoga and fitness classes may be included as well. If you have your children with you, access to supervised children’s programs, camps and clubs may also be included. Some resorts even provide their guests with off-site tours as part of their vacation packages.
